Menorrhagia - Anaemia

Symptoms

A 45 year old woman presented with a long history of very heavy bleeding and anaemia.

Diagnosis

She had known fibroids.

Procedure

She requested Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy.

Outcome

She subsequently underwent Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy.
