Menorrhagia - Double Uterus

Symptoms

A 44 year old woman presented with extreme menorrhagia.

Diagnosis

She had a known Uterine Didelphys (two uteri and two cervices).

Procedure

She had no plans for a pregnancy, so she opted for a Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy.

Outcome

The patient enjoyed a full recovery
