Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

- Includes oestrogen and progesterone (or oestrogen alone if hysterectomy).

- Possible side effects: irregular bleeding.
- Long-term use (over 5 years) carries a small increased risk of breast, ovarian,
and uterine cancer.
