Endometrial Polyps - Polypectomy
Symptoms
A 35 year old woman presented with primary infertility and significant intermenstrual spotting.
Diagnosis
A pelvic ultrasound revealed two large endometrial polyps.
Procedure
A Hysteroscopy and Polypectomy was performed.
Outcome
The spotting resolved and the woman conceived a pregnancy (spontaneous).
