Vaginal Prolapse - Laparoscopic Mesh

Symptoms

A 62 year old woman presented with a large vaginal prolapse.

Diagnosis

She had undergone a hysterectomy 20 years earlier.

Procedure

She subsequently underwent a Laparoscopic Mesh Sacral Colposuspension.

Outcome

She made an excellent recovery and the prolapse resolved.
